Hopefully this will help someone in the future. (Links below to my previous threads on this)The problem was a loss of voltage between the horn fuse and the relay. The green and black wire from the fuse to the relay had full voltage leaving the fuse but none when it got to the relay. The wire does not go direct to the relay it heads into the harness with voltage and comes back out with none. I ran a wire from the fuse to the relay and the horn works as it should. After I installed the jump wire I found that original green and black wire leaves the fuse and goes to the time control unit. However I cannot find the path it takes back to the horn relay. I would much rather have found the source of the problem and repaired it but at this point the horn works and the time control unit seems to be functioning properly so I’m not going any further unless I find another problem.
